Welders and electricians

When the pump truck experiences cracks or electrical faults, please contact the supplier. Unauthorized welding or modification is prohibited, and any consequences arising from this will not be held responsible.

1) Welder: must be carried out by personnel with valid welding certificates assigned by the supplier, mainly handling the welding of structural components for pump trucks. The problem of cracking (such as in the arm frame, support legs, or other important components).

2) Electrician: It must be carried out by personnel with valid electrician certificates assigned by the supplier, mainly responsible for handling changes and upgrades to the electrical circuits and components of the pump truck.

Hydraulic engineer

1) Job responsibilities: Hydraulic engineers are mainly responsible for adjusting the parameters of the pump truck hydraulic system, diagnosing and troubleshooting hydraulic system faults.

2) Personal skills: Only personnel with professional knowledge and experience in hydraulic systems can engage in this job.

The adjustable devices of the pump truck (such as pressure reducing valves, distribution valves, etc.) can only be adjusted by hydraulic engineers or after-sales engineers, and other personnel are not allowed to operate them arbitrarily. Electrical Engineer

Electrical engineers are mainly responsible for parameter adjustment, program upgrade, fault diagnosis, and troubleshooting of the pump truck electrical system.
