Concrete pump trucks often encounter pipe blockage during the construction process. What are the factors that cause pipe blockage? What are the handling suggestions for everyone?
Possible reasons:
The quality of concrete does not meet the requirements.
Suggestion for handling: Check if the concrete meets the pumping requirements.
The gap between the eyeglass panel and the cutting ring is too large, causing excessive pressure loss.
Suggestions for handling:
Check the gap between the eyeglass panel and the cutting ring. If it is too large, tighten the locking nut of the S tube.
There is material accumulation inside the S pipe or the conveying pipe.
Suggestion for handling: Check if there is any material buildup inside the S pipe or the conveying pipeline.
The pump truck has a reversing problem.
Suggestions for handling:
When pumping, it was found during inspection that each time the pipe was blocked, it was not in the pump owner's oil cylinder reversing position, so the reversing system of the hydraulic system should have no faults.
Insufficient pressure or constant power in the pump owner's system
Suggestions for handling:
When the pump owner's system pressure is holding, the pressure gauge pointer quickly rises to 21MPA and then slowly rises to 32MPA. The investigation showed that the main system pressure rapidly increased to 32MPA. The trial concrete has improved, but when the slump of the concrete is relatively low, pipe blockage is still more frequent.
After tightening the constant power valve of the main oil pump by about half a turn, if the pumping returns to normal, it indicates that the main oil power adjustment is too small, which in turn affects the pressure rise of the main hydraulic pump.
