The concrete pump truck is modified from the chassis of a heavy-duty truck. It is equipped with motion and power transmission devices, pumping and mixing devices, fabric distribution devices, and other auxiliary devices on the chassis.

The delivery pipe at the end of the pump truck is also known as a four layer steel wire hose, and there are many manufacturers of four layer steel wire hoses in China. Operation safety of pump truck is more important than Mount Tai, and illegal operation will lead to serious disaster. The following illegal operations should be avoided:

1) The total weight of objects loaded or placed on the pump truck shall not exceed 200KG, and one side shall be overloaded.

2) When carrying spare pipes and other accessories while driving, its load capacity, height, width, and length are not allowed to exceed the indicators specified by the Road Traffic Law.

When crossing underground passages, bridges, tunnels, or high-altitude pipelines or cables, it is necessary to ensure sufficient space and distance.

3) The pumping height and pumping distance of the concrete pump truck have been strictly calculated and confirmed through extensive experiments (see warning signs or fabric ranges allowed by the pump truck arm). No one is allowed to take the following measures to expand the work area:

It is prohibited to extend the delivery pipe of the pump truck arm frame.

It is prohibited to replace unfinished hoses that exceed 3 meters in length.

It is prohibited to install conveying pipes or bends at the discharge port of the unfinished hose.

It is prohibited to extend the hose at the discharge port of the unfinished hose.

4) Before the pump truck enters the construction site to deploy its support legs, the parking brake should be pulled down and a wooden wedge should be placed behind the wheels to prevent accidental movement of the pump truck. Meanwhile, the pump truck support legs must be supported on a level ground. After the legs are extended, they must be kept level.

Before and after, if the inclination relative to the horizontal plane is less than 3 degrees, the equipment is prohibited from running.

5) Before lowering the support legs, it is necessary to confirm whether the foundation support capacity is the most sufficient. If the foundation is insufficient to support, support plates and auxiliary wooden strips must be installed at the bottom of the support legs before lowering them.
