In the concrete industry, concrete pump trucks are the most widely used industrial equipment, and their accuracy is essential for on-site engineering construction. However, due to long-term high toughness engineering construction operations, concrete pump trucks are prone to various damages and common failures. Therefore, daily maintenance work is particularly important, especially the maintenance of important components and core components. Currently, in the maintenance work of some key parts, we will provide detailed maintenance tips to pump users one by one.

1、 Lubricating grease pump

After each start and completion of the pump, clean all vehicles, check and keep the fuel tank of the pump truck full of oil, and observe whether the hybrid rolling bearings and S-pipes overflow clean parts on the axle. In practical operation, keep the intake system clean, avoid dust and other residues from entering, and do not come into contact with strong acids and alkalis. Additionally, clean the system pump truck accessories every 500 hours.

2、 Rotating valve barrel

Wet the dual valve cylinder seats with cooking oil nozzles. During the entire application process of the concrete pump truck, according to the specific working situation, use a salt free butter nozzle oil pump every 5-10 days to ensure its normal operation. Be sure to apply grease from a specific grease port (oil pipe joint). It is strongly recommended to use truly pollution-free EP1 (1 ×） Flame resistant hydraulic oil lubricating grease is used as pump lubricating grease. Compared to thinner lubricating oils of 1000 or 00, it can better maintain lubrication and is less likely to be squeezed or lost. 3、 Voltage regulator

The system software sets the working pressure of the pressure regulating valve (barometer) to 6 bar and can be adjusted as needed. In general, it is not allowed to adjust the high voltage based on the maintenance of the service life of the relevant components. If there is a common malfunction in the system software, first check if the pressure gauge shows 6bar, then unplug the air pipe and check if there is compressed air emission in the air pipe (with the sound of the exhaust pipe).

4、 Maintain the screw, support feet, and wheel disc

The fuel injector is specially designed on the hinge points of each telescopic arm of the concrete pump truck, the couplings of the four legs and rubber brackets, and the rotating table. Under normal circumstances, every 10 days-

Give fresh cream to the lips once every two weeks. Lubricating grease should be adequately lubricated until it overflows.

5、 Rotating reducer

When the rotary reducer operates for 500 hours, disassemble and lubricate the surface of each transmission gear of the rotary reducer with lubricating grease every 3 months. If waste is found on the surface of the transmission gear during inspection, it should be immediately removed to prevent damage to the transmission gear, resulting in shutdown damage and maintenance costs. It should be noted that there is a manual grease gun on the oil pipe joint on each drip seat to lubricate the rolling bearings. If loose nuts and anchor bolts are found, they should be replaced immediately. Prohibit further construction to avoid safety accidents.
