After the concrete pouring is completed, the pump pipe must be cleaned with mortar and clean water. When using pumped clean water for cleaning, standard cleaning balls must be used instead of other objects. After cleaning, the counterweight should be lifted first, and then the fabric rod should be lifted to the next task position. After installation, the counterweight should be lifted and the previous task should be repeated.

The fabric rod cannot be extended arbitrarily. When it needs to be extended, fixed support must be added at a radius greater than the allowable task radius.

When changing the direction of the discharge outlet, wrap the outlet with a burlap bag to prevent concrete from falling on the ground, and then untie it at another discharge direction.

Prepare signal lines and walkie talkies for concrete pouring, and perform dual control. When pouring concrete on columns and walls, ensure that the lights are turned off, the pump is stopped, and the pouring point at the front desk is stopped and the lights are turned off at 4S in advance. Communication must be carried out by a dedicated person. During night construction, the person controlling the concrete must be equipped with a flashlight to clearly see the height of the concrete pouring.

Test drive, use a large rope to control the concrete discharge port and the center bend of the pole arm, and operate it at its maximum effective scale for one week.

When connecting the concrete pump pipe, it is necessary to check whether the inside of the pump pipe is clean when receiving it, and rubber gaskets must be selected at the interface. After the concrete pump pipe is connected, the bolt tightening condition should be checked again.

Fix the fabric pole on all four legs with a cable wind rope. The cable wind rope should not be too tight and should leave a distance for the fabric pole to deform under stress.

When placing the material rod on the frame, the support legs should be compacted with the frame tube, and it is not necessary to install it on the floor.

Place the fabric rod and its counterweight, and request that the center of the fabric rod be struck 200-300mm, with sleepers or wooden blocks placed under the support feet, to check if the body of the fabric rod is straight.

Set up the framework for placing the fabric pole in the correct direction, and conduct inspection to calculate the load-bearing capacity of the framework, the condition of the double fasteners, and the stability of the foundation.

Check if all the bolts on the fabric rod are tightened and if the shaft is functioning properly. Stand the fabric pole straight and see if it can be erected without counterweights.

(Under normal circumstances, the fabric pole is considered to be able to stand upright without counterweights. However, when lifting the fabric pole, the tower crane cannot lift it together with the counterweights, and the lifting device needs to be lifted in two stages.).
